Good Eats Dutch baby

OK, so I've become addicted to the Dutch baby! In fact, I have one in the oven as I'm writing this. I blame Alton Brown and his hilarious, yet tasty, antics for my addiction. Here are a couple of shots I took of the process.

Ingredients coming to room temperature

Batter goes into the preheated pan

30 minutes later it's all nice and fluffy
Time for some coffee and breakfast!
