Good Eats Dutch baby
OK, so I've become addicted to the Dutch baby! In fact, I have one in the oven as I'm writing this. I blame Alton Brown and his hilarious, yet tasty, antics for my addiction. Here are a couple of shots I took of the process.

This is a great dish since the prep is so easy; everything in the blender and dump it in the pan.
