New Good Eats Episode: Switched on Baklava

New Good Eats episode coming Monday night: Switched on Baklava.  It will be interesting to see what Alton Brown has in store with an entire episode dedicated to one dish.  I would imagine a good dose of cultural or historical info as filler; maybe an interlude with Deb Duchon.  Hopefully it will be as good as the red beans and rice show.
