Very Good Eats

I just finished a plate of Alton brown's Pork Wellington.  Damn it was good!  I'll have to do a write-up tomorrow.

  1. Yeah, plenty of apples and some fresh thyme and basil from the garden. It was a lot better than I expected. I need to upload my pics.
