Thursday night is all about veggies this week. Good Eats kicks off at 8pm with
Undercover Veggies, which focuses on hiding parsnips from unsuspecting children. A
new episode on asparagus follows with, hopefully, some good recipes. I go through a lot of asparagus in the spring/early summer months and the only thing I've ever done to the poor veg is steam it. I have to say though I'm not going to build a new contraption in my backyard just to cook some asparagus :-)
