Alton Brown Interview

There's a good article in my local Detroit Free Press this morning!  The author does a nice job of mixing in the typical background info with some interview tidbits.  Alton talks about how time consuming his professional life has become between producing Good Eats and traveling for the Iron Chef shows and his new book tour.  One reprieve for him seems is that the book tour allows him some time to get in the pilot seat of his plane, which is one hobby he doesn't get to enjoy enough.  He also talks about family and some views on life.  With all the talk of his lack of vacations and intense focus on health issues, you can tell he is at somewhat of a crossroads in his life.  The Freep article captures Alton's current dilemma a bit better than more cursory interview pieces.
