Alton Brown's next to last Good Eats episode will premiere this Sunday at 8PM EST. Countdown to T-Day will feature turkey, potatoes, gravy, and pecan pie. As always, Alton has an interesting take on the main dish. This time we are looking at a 4 day dry brine for the Turkey.
Also, Alton will be hosting the live Food Network Thanksgiving show this year from noon-2pm EST this Sunday. There is also a pre-game show on FN's website. Get all the information here.
