Something I've always wondered: how many Alton Brown fans test out his Good Eats recipes? Personally, I have never had enough time to crank through a lot of them, but I have made a few that really piqued my interest. One of my current favorite things to make is the Dutch baby. It has become a regular weekend ritual around here when I'm working.
