No new Good Eats episodes this week, but Alton will be doing a live webcast from the Monterey Bay Aquarium this Friday at noon Pacific time. According to their site Alton will be talking with Julie Packard, the founder and executive director of the aquarium, as part of their World Ocean Day celebration. Alton will be discussing sustainable seafood harvesting and cooking. Here's the link to the webcast page; looks like you will need to register to watch. They do encourage Alton Brown and seafood fans to submit questions!
Sadly, I will be on vacation Friday. Maybe they will have the webcast available for download afterward.
