Good Eats Dark Salty Caramels Demo

The salted caramels Alton made on last week's Good Eats looked delicious.  I'm a fan of the sweet/salty theme, even like to put a little kosher on my chocolate ice cream, but sadly I've had some disasters in the candy making department.  However, Lisa, who writes the All About Alton blog, has done a wonderful demo of the caramel making procedure.  Head over there and enjoy!
