Good Eats: Porterhouse Rules

There are two things we know Alton Brown loves: grilling and steak!  This week's new Good Eats episode will feature the delicious Porterhouse steak.  Food Network's site doesn't have the full details on the Porterhouse Rules episode yet, so I don't know if there will be anything other than information, grilling technique, and some form of tongue in cheek entertainment.  Perhaps some kind of steak sauce?  As a bonus, FN is airing GE: Raising the Steaks in the 8:00pm time slot to get us worked up.  My mouth is watering as I look out the window at the lonely grills on my deck.
