A good Alton Brown interview came up on the newsfeed this morning. The piece in the Athens Banner-Herald has some good discussion with AB on his days at in college at UGA and working with REM for a video shoot and also some tidbits on what he cooks at home. It's a bit refreshing to see something other than the constant pre-written rehash of his career that has become all too standard since the 10th Anniversary Good Eats show came around.
