Good Eats has taken a backseat this holiday. With only one airing of last year's GE Christmas episode and a couple episodes coming up Monday night, it looks like Food Network is trying to mix things up a bit. One listing of note is the Good Eats: Down and Out in Paradise special will air late December 27th.
Maybe Alton is finally getting that time off he's been wishing for so much in all his interviews this year?
