New Recipe: Beer Battered Turkey Strips with Cranberry-Beer Dipping Sauce

Alton has posted an appetizer recipe for beer battered turkey breast strips and a dipping sauce on his site. Sounds like a winner and I'm sure there can be some variations; such as a Buffalo style version for game night! I wonder how a Cranberry-Beer-Hot sauce version would taste?
